Terms and Conditions for Interior Design Service Urban Kiwi
General Provisions
Urban Kiwi specializes in comprehensive interior design services for startups and small companies, focusing on office interior design primarily in Berlin. Our services are tailored to each client's unique needs, offering advisory services or predefined packages based on Berlin standards. Please note, additional costs may apply for clients outside Berlin requiring on-site activities.
Service Description
We provide consultation and space planning services across three main packages:
VISIONAIR: Includes contact with a designer, access to the project account, a defined floor plan, and style ideas.
DESIGNER: Builds on VISIONAIR with detailed room concepts, 3D drawings, and furniture selection.
PLANER: Expands on DESIGNER with added collaboration on lighting, acoustics, and custom furniture details.
Our specialization caters to office interiors for companies in Berlin up to 500m2, with custom offers available for different needs or sizes.
Scope of Work
The scope includes data analysis, meetings, floor planning, mood boards, 3D designs, furniture selection, drawings for custom-made furniture, and collaboration with specialists in lighting and acoustics, depending on the chosen package.
Content by package:
VISIONAIR: Involves analyzing provided data, conducting online or in-person briefing meetings, defining floor plans, creating mood boards, and providing furniture examples.
DESIGNER: Builds on VISIONAIR by adding 3D room designs and precise furniture selection.
PLANER: Expands on DESIGNER by including additional collaboration with lighting, acoustic, and product designers. This package delivers a lighting concept with exact products, an acoustic concept with exact products, and drawings of custom-made furniture.
Limitations and Exclusions
While we design, the execution involves collaboration with partners (e.g., electricians, painters) who invoice clients directly. Urban Kiwi is not responsible for their work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are crucial to the project's success, providing necessary information, timely feedback, and adhering to payment schedules. Changes post-confirmation are subject to additional fees at €100 netto per hour, with required hours for changes agreed upon by both parties.
