After adjusting the floorplan and overall concept according to your feedback, we move on to detailed design. This involves crafting the design for each room, showcased through 3D visualizations. When the design presented in 3D visualizations is confirmed, we proceed to specify the exact furniture selection. We are not limited to specific furniture producers but prioritize choosing items that align with your concept and budget preferences. Once the selection is finalized, you can receive a list of the chosen items or get direct link for easy purchase through our partner Nuucon. Aditionally you can also use their assembly services. PLEASE NOTE: The furniture selection does not include main lighting and acoustic products (except for decorative lighting), as these need to be planned according to regulations and can be defined as part of the Planer package!

We collaborate with lighting experts to determine the appropriate solution for the main lighting concept outlined in the floorplan and 3D drawings. This solution comply with regulations and provide adequate light strength and color for your office space. The outcome includes product selection and defined exact positioning on the floorplan.

We collaborate with experts to assess and ensure the appropriate level of acoustic treatment necessary to achieve satisfactory results. The selection is based on the acoustic concept outlined in the floorplan and 3D drawings. The outcome involves product selection and precise positioning of the acoustic elements.

If the concept includes custom-made furniture, we supply the necessary sketches, measurements and material selections, providing sufficient information for the carpenter or other external tradesman to produce the product. Note: We do not deliver exact technical drawings.

If you require assistance during the execution phase, our collaboration continues. We have a diverse range of partners, including furniture shops, assembly teams, carpenters, electricians and more, which we connect you with. We remain available for any further questions and support. Execution tasks are billed directly by the partners.
