Yes, indeed. Once you purchase the design package, we will grant you access to your project account, where you can share all the specifics about your project with us. Additionally, we'll schedule an on-site or online meeting with you before we commence the design process so we can discuss everything in detail. You can also let us know which furniture pieces you want us to involve in the design during this meeting.

No, you are completely free to decide. We design your project with your budget in mind and provide suggestions for furniture. If you choose not to proceed with our recommendations, that's entirely up to you. However, if you do want to purchase the furniture we suggest, we can connect you with our partner who handles the purchasing and, if desired, assembly of the recommended furniture.

The timeframe for receiving package outcomes depends on the package selected. After purchasing the package, we grant you access to your project account, where you'll need to provide project information. We then schedule an online or on-site meeting, typically within one week. Once the design phase begins, the Visionar package is delivered in 1-2 weeks, the Designer package in 3-4 weeks, and the Planer package in 5-6 weeks. Please note that the timeline may extend based on your feedback response time, but you will be able to see the approximate timeline at the beginning of the project in your project account.

If you require assistance with execution and furniture delivery, the timeline depends on the availability of workers and furniture delivery dates. While some furniture can be delivered within one week, others may have up to an 8-week delivery time. If you have a specific time limit, please inform us, and we will select products accordingly to ensure timely completion.
